Custom Order Information for Businesses

If you are a business or an individual looking to place a bulk order, please note that our minimum order quantity is 500 textile products per order.

All customized orders are produced and shipped directly from our production facility in Pakistan.

To provide you with the most accurate and competitive pricing, we kindly ask that you message us with your requirements.

Information Required for Order Processing

To ensure accurate pricing and smooth production of your customized textile products, please provide the following details when placing your order:

  • Fabric Type
    (e.g., Cotton, Polycotton, Jute, Canvas, Dyed, Bleached, etc.)

  • Printing Specifications
    (e.g., Single Color, Multi-Color, Screen Print, Paste Print, Heat Press, Puff Print, Foil Print)

  • Product Size
    (Please specify dimensions in either centimeters or inches)

  • Packaging Preferences
    (e.g., Individual Packaging, Sets, Bulk, Polybag Packaging, Kraft Paper Packaging, Box Packaging)

  • Accessories & Branding
    (e.g., Private Labels, Tags, Zippers, Cord Locks, Sleeves, Inserts, Boxes, Poly Bags, etc.)

  • Shipping Method
    (DDP or DDU; via FedEx/DHL Express, Air Freight, or Sea Freight)

Once we receive the required information, our experienced costing team will promptly evaluate your requirements to offer you the most competitive pricing.

Additionally, we provide paid counter samples customized to your specifications, allowing you to review the quality and design before proceeding with a bulk order.

Starting of Order

Please ensure all required information is provided upon order confirmation. For print materials, we accept high-resolution PDF or AI files to ensure optimal print quality.

Once production begins, we will share images of the initial samples for your approval before proceeding with the full production run.

Invoicing

For large orders, we require wire payments based on mutually agreed terms, which typically include a 40% advance and the balance due prior to completion or shipment. For small and medium orders, we offer payment via PayPal or Zelle. Additionally, small orders can be paid by credit card through a special listing on our eBay or Amazon stores. We will provide you with the link to complete the purchase using your credit card.

Completion of Order

Once your order is complete, we’ll notify you and request any remaining balance. Upon payment confirmation, your goods will be shipped to the provided address. We offer global drop-shipping—please confirm charges in advance if required. For repeat orders, we retain your previous specifications for faster, hassle-free reordering.

Special Services

As a repeat buyer, we offer a tailored stock management service based on your annual purchase volume. We can produce and store inventory at our expense with a minimal deposit, keeping it in our warehouse for up to one year. During busy seasons, once the full payment for your order is received, we will ship the items immediately, ensuring a smooth replenishment process and reducing production lead times so that you never run out of stock when demand is high.

Instock Items

For customers needing in-stock quantities, we fulfill orders of any size with no minimum requirement. Simply request a quote, and your order will be processed immediately. In-stock items are shipped from our NJ warehouse, with out-of-stock items dispatched from our Pakistan warehouse. Orders are shipped the next day via FedEx, DHL, or UPS, and in-stock items are also available for purchase through our eBay and Amazon stores.

1. Cutting Department

Our skilled cutting team, guided by experienced managers, will cut the fabric according to your specified requirements and quantities. If the order requires printing, it will proceed to the Printing Department. Otherwise, it will move directly to the Stitching Department.

2. Printing Department

If you have provided your artwork or collaborated with our designer, this is where all design work takes place. Our design team prepares the screens required for your order, meticulously checking each screen for any errors. Azo-free colors are specially formulated to match the exact Pantone specifications. Once the screens and colors pass our design team’s quality checks, they are forwarded to our skilled labor team, who expertly apply the printing to the cut fabric pieces received from the cutting unit.

3. Stitching Department

With a team of over 250 skilled workers, we are equipped to handle stitching requirements in any style, tailored to customer specifications. Each worker’s output is closely monitored by our linemen and QC managers to ensure the highest quality standards. Defective pieces are promptly removed, and every item undergoes thorough counter-checking for any stitching errors. Once the stitching process is complete, the next step is threading. 

4. Threading Department

 This department plays a crucial role in ensuring the final quality of our products. Here, all excess seams and threads are carefully removed, and each product is thoroughly inspected for uneven stitching or any finishing issues. Any unfinished items are sent back to the previous department for correction before progressing to the next stage. Once this process is complete, the products move on to the Inspection stage.

5. Inspection Department

During the inspection stage, all products are carefully examined under bright lighting to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. Any defective items are either removed or returned to the relevant departments for necessary alterations and corrections. Once the inspection is complete, the approved products proceed to the final packing stage.

6. Packaging Department

All accessories related to the order are sent to the Packing Unit to finalize the product packaging. Our skilled labor, under the guidance of experienced Packing Managers, ensures that all products are packaged according to customer specifications. Each carton is clearly labeled with essential details, including the company name, quantity, sizes, gross weight (G.W.), and net weight (N.W.). Once packaging is complete, the finished orders are transferred to our warehouse, ready for shipment.

7. Warehousing and Distribution 

We offer comprehensive warehousing and distribution services, ensuring immediate shipments via air, sea, or ground, based on your requirements. Our Pakistani warehouse is seamlessly integrated with our USA warehouse for efficient handling of in-stock items, enabling fast and reliable delivery.

Shipping Explained 

Shipping – USA to USA:
We offer fast and reliable domestic shipping within the USA. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey, with options for delivery via USPS , UPS  , FedEx , or DHL, ensuring timely delivery to your specified address.  Transit time 3 to 5 days at an average .

Shipping – USA to Canada:
For shipments from the USA to Canada, we utilize DHL or UPS for air shipments, with a transit time of 3 to 5 days. For larger shipments or truckload orders, we offer ground shipping, which typically takes up to 10 days, depending on customs procedures. We provide both DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) options for your convenience.

Shipping – Pakistan to USA & Rest of the World:
We offer express shipments via DHL, FedEx, or UPS with a transit time of 3 to 5 days. For air shipments via cargo airlines, delivery typically takes 10 to 12 days. Sea shipments vary based on customs procedures and destination country, with a typical transit time starting from 28 days. We provide both DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) options. Additionally, we can ship to any warehouse facility worldwide, including Amazon and Walmart warehouses.
